How do all on 4 dental implants work?

Traditionally, replacing a full arch of teeth could involve multiple dental implants (usually 6-8 implants), bone grafting, and up to twelve months healing period. During healing, patients were given a temporary denture. The permanent teeth were only fitted after the jaw completely healed. It was a very time-consuming, uncomfortable, and expensive procedure.

With Nobel Biocare’s technique, only four dental implants are needed. This revolutionary technique involves placing two parallel front implants and two back implants that are tilted 45 degrees.
